There were tremors felt in some parts of Chennai a few minutes back. On googling to see if it was true, I see that there are tweets letting the world know about the ‘quake near Andaman and tremors in Chennai and Hong Kong. Is Twitter becoming one of the best and most real-time sources of news? Pretty neat!

ha ha.. kewl stuff. Forget trying to develop a realtime disaster mgmt system. Ask the fishermen to use twitter instead.
